How to Open Your 2014 Hyundai Veloster Key Fob & Change Battery

Prior to disassembly keyless entry remote check all that you need: flat head screwdriver and 1xCR2032 battery.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step guide
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny button cell battery. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Carefully try to disassemble your key with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with fresh one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, verify key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to put the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your remote key fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
