Step by step guide
A small button cell battery installed inside the your keyless entry remote. Move the key out of the way if it is in the key fob.
Carefully try to open your key with pry tools. Remove 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling fob’s case, check that all functions works by testing buttons on keyless entry remote.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to put the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
