A tiny coin battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the keyless entry remote.
Carefully try to pry apart your key with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR1620 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR1620. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, verify key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to put the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote body tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
