Step by step instruction
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny button cell battery. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the keyless entry remote.
Gently try to open your key fob with pry tools. Change one CR1632 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR1632. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, check remote key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Delicately try to put the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key fob case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
