Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's remote key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small coin battery. Open the key if it is in the remote key fob.
Accurately try to disassemble your key with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2032. Battery must be installed with the same position as was a previous. Your key fob will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to assemble the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your key fob case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
