How to Open Your 2015 Audi S7 Key Fob & Change Battery

If your S7 keyless entry remote is no longer open doors perfectly, the battery probably must to be replaced. In this post, we described how to open your keyless entry remote and change your Audi key battery.

Prior to disassembly keyless entry remote make sure that you have all recommended tools and materials: CR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver.- 1xCR2032 battery

Step by step guide
A button cell battery installed inside the your keyless entry remote. Open the key if it is in the remote key fob.
Carefully try to open your key with flat head screwdriver. Remove CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside keyless entry fob's shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, check key fob by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your case two halves together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your key body firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
