Step by step guide
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny coin cell battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the remote key fob.
Delicately try to pry apart your fob with pry tools. Change one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you put battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Delicately try to assemble the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
