Step by step instruction
A small button battery installed in the your remote key fob. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the keyless entry remote.
Gently try to open your key with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR1632 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside keyless entry fob's body. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check keyless entry remote by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s shell in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to put the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote case firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
