Simple steps to change the battery in your Tundra's key fob
A button cell battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Move the key out of the way if it is in the key fob.
Gently try to pry apart your fob with pry tools. Remove one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in keyless entry fob's shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, make sure that everything is functioning by testing buttons on key fob.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your body pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. Check your key fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
