Step by step guide
Inside of your key fob installed coin battery. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the key fob.
Delicately try to open your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in fob’s case. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that all functions works by pressing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your remote key fob body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
