Step by step guide
A coin cell battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Gently try to disassemble your key fob with pry tools. Change CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you connect battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, make sure that everything working fine by pressing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to assemble the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
