Step by step guide
A small coin cell battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Open the key if it is in the remote key fob.
Carefully try to open your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2025. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling fob’s case, check that everything is functioning by pressing buttons on key fob.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to put the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your keyless entry remote body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
