Simple steps to change the battery in your Colorado's key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed button battery. Open the key if it is in the key fob.
Delicately try to disassemble your fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside fob’s case. Battery must be installed with the same polarity as was a previous. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you mistakenly place battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, check that all working good by pressing buttons on remote key fob.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your body two halves together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your fob body tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
