Before beginning open keyless entry remote check all that you need: flat head screwdriver, phillips head screwdriver and CR2032 battery.- phillips head screwdriver

Simple steps to change the battery in your car's remote key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small button battery. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the key fob. Remove fasteners on the back of the remote key fob. Flip the remote key fob over and find for at least one screw holding in the plastic.
Gently try to open your keyless entry remote with pry tools. Replace 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key fob will not work if you place battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, verify that all working fine by pressing buttons on key fob.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your keyless entry remote shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step. Screw the back of the remote key fob.
