Changing battery in remote key fob require flat head screwdriver and CR2032 battery. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the type of your keyless entry fob's batteries.- flat head screwdriver

Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's remote key fob
A button cell battery installed in the your key fob. Move the key out of the way if it is in the remote key fob.
Carefully try to pry apart your key with flat head screwdriver. Change 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside fob’s case. Battery must be installed with the same polarity as was an old. Your key fob will not work if you mistakenly place battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
