Before you start to open keyless entry remote check all that you need: 1 CR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver.- flat head screwdriver
- 1xCR2032 battery
Step by step guide
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed button cell battery. Open key first, and then try to pry apart the keyless entry remote.
Carefully try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key fob will not work if you put battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, check key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything working properly, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
