Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's remote key fob

Delicately try to open your fob with flat head screwdriver. Remove two CR2430 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old batteries with fresh one CR2430. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was an old. Your key will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
After the new batteries installed, verify keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Delicately try to assemble the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key fob shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
