2018 Chrysler Pacifica Key Fob Battery Replacement Guide

If your Pacifica key fob isn't working correct, the battery most likely needs to be replaced. It's not complicated to change the battery in your remote key fob DIY. All you need is explained in this post.
What kind of battery key fob use
Prior to disassembly remote key fob be sure that you have all recommended tools and materials: flat head screwdriver and 1xCR2032 battery.- flat head screwdriver
- 1xCR2032 battery
Step by step instruction
Inside of your key fob installed tiny button cell battery. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the keyless entry remote.
Gently try to open your remote key fob with pry tools. Remove 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with fresh one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key fob will not work if you place battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, check remote key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s shell in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to assemble the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. If your fob shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
