How to Replace the Battery in a 2018 Lexus LS 500 Key Fob

Before beginning disassembly remote key fob check all that you need: flat head screwdriver and 1xCR2032 battery.- 1xCR2032 battery

Step by step guide
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small button battery. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Delicately try to open your fob with pry tools. Remove 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, check key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your body two halves together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
