How to Open Your 2018 Lexus RC 350 Key Fob and Change Battery

If your auto keyless entry remote is no longer unlock doors well, the battery more likely needs to be changed. Below, we described how to open your car remote key fob and replace your Lexus key battery step by step.

Don't forget before disassembly keyless entry remote be sure that you have all required tools and materials: flat head screwdriver and CR2032 battery.- 1xCR2032 battery

Step by step instruction
A coin battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Accurately try to open your key with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, verify keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your body pieces together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your remote key fob case for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
