What size battery does 2018 Mazda 6 key fob required
Changing battery in key fob require CR2025 battery and flat head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the type of your fob’s batteries.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step instruction
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny button battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the keyless entry remote.
Gently try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with pry tools. Replace one CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside fob’s case. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, verify that everything is functioning by testing buttons on remote key fob.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your case two halves together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. If your fob shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
