How to Open Your 2018 Subaru BRZ Key Fob & Change Battery

Step by step guide
Inside of your key fob installed button cell battery. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Accurately try to open your key fob with pry tools. Replace CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside fob’s shell. Battery must be installed with the same position as was a previous. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you mistakenly place battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, make sure that everything is functioning by testing buttons on circuit board.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your body pieces together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob body firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
