2019 Lincoln Navigator Key Fob Battery Replacement Guide
If your Navigator keyless entry remote is no longer unlock doors properly, the battery more likely needs to be changed. In this article, we walks you through how to disassembly your key fob and change your Lincoln key battery.
What type battery remote key fob requireReplacing battery in key fob require 1 CR2450 battery and flat head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the size of your keyless entry fob's batteries.

Step by step guide
A tiny button battery installed inside the your key fob. Move the key out of the way if it is in the remote key fob.
Accurately try to disassemble your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Replace CR2450 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2450. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key will not work if you place battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything working properly, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Delicately try to put the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. Check your key fob case for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
