What kind of battery remote key fob use
Before starting disassembly keyless entry remote check all that you need: 1 CR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver.- flat head screwdriver
- 1xCR2032 battery
Step by step guide
A small button cell battery installed in the your remote key fob. Open key first, and then try to pry apart the key fob.
Gently try to disassemble your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Remove CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery in keyless entry fob's case. Battery must be installed with the same position as was an old. Your key fob will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that all functions works by pressing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. If your fob body tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
